Has anyone noticed the triangulated signal system at the YMCA, between the front desk area, the Ala Moana Hotel and whichever other (down Kona - Mauka on Atkinson, or Makai on Atkinson)

Security - The Unserveillance
At the "Y", there are cameras at the lobby and some hallways, but not at points of entry and the elevator. The points of entry rely on alarms. The person at the front desk, on the graveyard shift, will have to respond to it alone, leaving the lobby unattended.
The lobby camera shows a person going past the desk, going toward the residence area. But they could also be going to the male, female, and staff bathrooms; one of at least two offices; or the elevator. What we don't want to see can be telling, also.
Now there is access from the exercise room to the elevator, due to a wall being removed. This allows someone to completly bypass the lobby camera.

Now You See It Now You Don't
1.POLICE REPORT NO: 07-486225
I NOTICE BANK STATEMENTS MISSING FROM WHRER I LEFT THEM IN THE SIDE NET OF MY BACKPACK. I LOOK FOR THEM 2 DAYS AND DON'T FIND THEM. I MAKE A POLICE REPORT AND TELL THE OFFICER I WILL LOOK AGAIN. WHEN I DO THE STATEMENTS ARE BACK WHERE I LEFT THEM. I CALL OFFICER NASHIMOTO TO CANCEL THE REPORT.
2.TINY TIM'S TANTRUM
I CALL THE FRONT DESK TO ASK THAT SOMEONE TALK TO A DISTRUBED PERSON NEXT DOOR AND TELL HIM NOT TO POP HIS HEAD INTO MY ROOM WHEN HE HAS SOMETHING TO SAY. TIM SAYS TO CLOSE MY DOOR. I INQUIRE IS IT NECESSARY TO CLOSE THE DOOR IN ORDER NOT TO BE DISTURBED. TIM SAYS HE DOESN'T WANT TO TALK TO ME, THAT I SHOULD " TALK TO THAXTON" "IF YOU COMPLAIN ABOUT ME, I'LL COMPLAIN ABOUT YOU".
THE STRANGE THING IS IN NEVER MADE A COMPLAINT ABOUT TIM. BUT I RECOGNIZE THESE TACTICS FROM THE TITLE GUARANTY RAILROAD.
I INQUIRE WILL HE BE IN THE NEXT DAY, TIM SAYS YES.
THE NEXT DAY WHEN I GET BACK MR. LUKELA IS NOT THERE, SO I ASK LES PANG IF THRERE IS A NEW RULE THAT RESIDENTS HAVE TO CLOSE THRER DOORS, HE SAYS NO.
