The plans for the new Central YMCA facility call for a three-story, 30,000-square-foot building that will house a health-and-fitness center, swimming pool, locker rooms, and a youth center that will offer preschool, after-school and summer child care.

I am told that if there is a specific room number on a peice of mail, only  
someone from that room can sign for it. I have complained about employees at the  
YMCA signing confirmations and receipts for me. I would think the postman would  
be fimiliar with these rules.
